I needed 2 new rear tyres, I was in and out so quickly, fair prices , great customer service on the phone and front desk, everything was so smooth ,I was back on the road in no time,

Good and friendly staff with good service
Without doubt the best customer service I have received in a very very long time. The young chap and girl on reception were extremely polite and helpful. The guy who fixed my puncture called me out to show me another issue (an embedded nail) with a different tyre, I wouldn't have even looked at the other tyres. He was very informative and pleasant, all the staff were great. Had a puncture fixed and a new tyre and the prices were competitive, definitely my go to in future.
After getting a puncture on my way back to the hotel, RAC coming out to save the day at 1am. I was tired, fed up and having just been turned away by Halfords as they were all booked up on a Saturday....I thought getting a new tyre quickly would be a mission.
The chap who dealt with me was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient.
Going back to purchase a spare tyre next week as my car doesn't have one.
One happy car owner. New tyre on the wagon, all pressures checked, balance done without asking or charging.

Fantastic customer service, I emailed through with a question and they took the time to call me back and go through the options available to me and gave great advise even though it meant not getting work done at their business.
